When will my order be shipped?

Each product type takes 3-5 days to be manufactured.
The making time for custom orders varies.

What about Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges in the case when the product is damaged on arrival, or an incorrect product was delivered.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damaged product.

Damaged items are not required to be sent back.
Ship defective or incorrect goods back to me within 30 days of delivery, shipping costs are payed by the buyer.

In case the buyer damages or harms the product, returns are not accepted.

What about products returned exceeding the cancellation period?

After cancellation period ( 14 days of delivery) buyer can't return products. Please, contact me in time.

Can I ask for a customization?

Sure. Mostly every product can have minor changes. Some color correction or adding a text is something that I can do for you.

Why my order's colors differs a bit from what I see on screen?

Screens and printing methods use a different method of making colors. Also, every screen has different settings for contrasts and colors that's why anything we see on the internet won't have the exact same colors in reality.

Although we do everything to have the right colors for our products.
