What is Art Style?

Art style means the commissionable art and the style of it. You can have a review of what kind of work can you order from Brandless Artist and what type of style can she offer.

How much time a commission takes?

It varies from the art style you purchased and how many details will be made. Some art style can be made within a few days but some take more weeks.
Also worth to note that we always have a couple of commissions at the same time which also makes deadlines a little bit unpredictable.

Can I ask for customization on home decors?

We are able to make slight changes in colors and contrasts, even give some text to the design. After you’ve purchased the product, contact us for giving those instructions.

Are pillows are printed on both sides? Can I have different prints on those?

Our pillows are printed on both sides. We are able to add different designs to each side or leave blank one.
For making this customization, contact us after the order being placed.

What shipping service will deliver my home decor?

For years we use USPS for shipping in USA. This shipping method includes tracking which we share with you after the product has been shipped.

How much time the delivery takes?

Usually, the delivery of the products takes 4-8 business days in the USA. This can be affected by holidays, so around Christmas, the delivery time may take longer.

Didn't get my product so far... what can I do?

Please, contact us immediately for having the issue investigated. If we see that the package was lost, we’ll provide a replacement for free.

What about damaged goods?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the case when the product is damaged on arrival.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damaged product.
